High school seniors receiving special education services who have met all credit requirements for graduation and need continued educational and support services to meet their transition goals and objectives. To participate in the program, the student must have: •Received prior special education services • Completed H. S. coursework • Unmet IEP transition goals and objectives • His or her diploma withheld until completion or exit from from the program. The student should demonstrate the following abilities: • Travel independently or use the city bus with limited training. • Function independently in community settings with minimal supervision.
