An 18-21 year old student with a primary disability of mental impairment A current IEP with unmet needs in one or more of the transition areas. A student who has participated in his/her high school graduation ceremony but has not received a high school diploma. A student who needs some level of support and/or assistance when traveling in the community and/or participating in the community.
