Deaf and Hard of Hearing (D/HH) This section is dedicated to the unique communication and accessibility issues facing individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing (D/HH). Transition PLUS Services, one of the programs within Focus Beyond, has on its staff one teacher of the deaf or hard of hearing (D/HH) and two sign language interpreters.
