Focus Beyond Transition Programs Focus Beyond is the umbrella name for transition services in Saint Paul Public Schools.  Focus Beyond consists of four major programs as well as the SUMIT Program: Transition To Independence Program (TTI) Transition PLUS Services (TP) Specialized Training and Employment Planning Services ( STEPS) Community-Based Program For Social Development (CB/PSD) STEPS/SUMIT Program
