From downtown St. Paul: Go south on Wabasha Avenue over the Wabasha Bridge. Turn left on Plato Blvd. Go one block and turn right on Starkey Street. Go to the end of the street and park in the lot in front of the big white office building (Bolander Building). Transition PLUS is on the first floor in Suite 128. From Interstate 94: Turn south onto Hwy 52 (also called the Lafayette Bridge). Cross the river and take the first exit to Plato Blvd. Turn right on Plato. Cross Robert Street. Get in left lane.  Turn left immediately after railroad tracks onto Starkey Street. Go to the end of the street and park in the lot in front of the big white office building (Bolander Building).
